Pastoral Mentoring Collaborative Global

Vision: A well-mentored Christ-centered pastoral leader in every local church across the globe.

Mission: The mission of the PMC Global is to mentor pastoral leaders of local churches worldwide.

Pastoral Mentoring Collaborative Global (PMC Global) is a group of over 45 pastors and church leaders from all over the world who have committed to providing mentorship and nurturing leaders in their local churches. PMC Global was founded in September 2024 at the Lausanne 4 Congress upon several pastors expressing a desire for a committed network of leaders who are passionate about edifying their church communities.

PMC Global is distinct from LGM, in that its leaders are from varying time zones, countries, and ministry contexts all over the world, and each one is active in mentoring other church leaders in their individual communities. LGM functioned as an incubator for these leaders to function independently, ensuring that PMC Global as an organization is run by leaders representative of the corresponding cultural contexts. PMC Global is being led by a team of 5 volunteers from 5 different countries. We are honored to introduce this team to you.

Daniel serves with Africa Inland Church Congo. He writes, "Statistics show that Christianity is experiencing rapid growth in Africa. In this context, it is essential that pastors be mentored and supported to serve the Lord and His sheep effectively and faithfully, for the glory of God. Pastoral mentoring is a very effective strategy for accelerating the Great Commission in Africa."

Richard is the team leader of Africa Life Youth Foundation, the team leader of God's Kingdom City Gospel Network, and also a pastor of Real Life Reformed Church. He writes, “Pastoral mentoring is so important in Africa because it will provide a supportive relationship for young pastors in which they will be assisted in understanding the pastoral role in forming a healthy pastoral identity and growing through reflection and conversation.”

Anwia leads Glorious Kamasa Global Impact. She writes, “The Pastoral Mentoring Collaborative is important because it mentors pastors through biblical teachings to be Christ-like in nature. That is Christ-like leaders, Christ-like followers, and Christ-like people all around the world.”

Pranab serves at New Life for India. He shares, “In India, there are many young pastors and leaders, but they serve without any mentors. Pastor mentoring is greatly needed in this part of the world!”

Timothy leads an indigenous missions agency and provides leadership for African Mentoring Initiative. He writes, “One significant missiological challenge today is the rapid growth of new faith communities without adequately mentored pastoral leadership. In my personal life and as team leader for African Mentoring Initiative, we are working to address this gap. Thankfully, with involvement in PMIN and PMC, we are collaborating to see this need met.”
